To the Class of 2025,
As you prepare to leave the halls of Lucan Community College and take your next steps into the world, we want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve shared.You began your secondary school experience back in 2019, arriving as First Years full of energy, curiosity, and maybe a few nerves. None of us could have predicted the unique challenges that would lie ahead — from remote learning to adapting to new ways of connecting and growing. But through it all, you showed resilience, determination, and heart.
Now, six years later, you leave as confident, capable young adults, ready to sit your Leaving Certificate exams and embrace the many opportunities that await you. You have been a lovely year group — enthusiastic, kind, creative, and full of potential. Whether in the classroom, on the stage, on the sports field, or through your involvement in the wider school community, you’ve brought energy and positivity to everything you’ve done.As you go forward, know that your time here has left a mark — not just on the school, but on all those who have had the pleasure of teaching and supporting you. We are proud of who you are and who you are becoming.
