This week’s literacy quote comes from the Music Department. They have chosen a famous proverb as our final literacy quote of this year.

Victor Hugo was a French poet, novelist, and dramatist. Hugo is considered to be one of the greatest and best-known French writers famous for his novels Les Misérables and The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.

Ryan Lally from Grá Pizza ran a great workshop today on pizza making as part of a wellbeing promotion, and also talked about setting up your own business and all about buying good Irish ingredients. Staff and students were delighted with the pizzas! #wellbeing #buyIrish @ddletb
