Please read the important Garda notice to parents HERE about traffic issues in the vicinity of the college. In particular we ask the cooperation of students, parents and visitors to the college as follows:
- Pedestrians –
- please follow the rules of road when travelling to/from school;
- please use side gates (not the main car entrance) and keep on the footpath.
- Cyclists –
- please follow the rules of road when travelling to/from school;
- dismount from your bicycle when entering school grounds;
- wear a helmet for your safety;
- lock your bike securely at bike racks provided and do not leave the bike in school overnight;
- ensure that your bike is well lit during the darker months of the year.
- Motorists –
- please avoid parking anywhere near the front entrance of the college;
- parking within the school grounds is for staff only;
- if your child has a mobility issue please contact the office for special arrangements;
- try to use other areas near the school for drop-off and collection purposes to avoid congestion at our school entrance.
- encourage your son/daughter to walk/cycle to school or to use public transport where possible.
